learning content, but instead provides a set of common elements for use in the other more
specific learning content types: <learningOverview>,
<learningContent>, <learningSummary>,
<learningAssessment>, and
<learningPlan>.

@id(REQUIRED)- An anchor point. This ID is usually required as
